1. Subject Matter

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the browser extension Pace Prepped Prompts ("PPP", "the Software"). By installing or using PPP you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

PPP is available for Mozilla Firefox and Chromium-based browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge). The Licensor does not guarantee identical behaviour across all supported browsers or browser versions, and accepts no liability for issues arising from browser updates or platform-specific limitations.

The purchase contract (payment, refunds, tax) is handled by Armitage Labs OÜ, trading as Creem, as Merchant of Record and is subject to Creem's own terms of service. This Agreement governs the software license only.

2. License Tiers and Grant

2.1 Free

A free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PPP for any purpose, personal or commercial. No license key is required. The Free tier may have feature limitations compared to paid tiers.

2.2 Pro Lifetime

A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PPP for a single natural person, on any number of devices owned or controlled by that person, for personal or professional use. A license key is required and is tied to the email address used at purchase.

Version entitlement: the current major version at time of purchase (all minor and patch updates within that version), plus access to the initial release of the next major version (version x.0 including its patch updates). Minor releases of that next major version (x.1 and later) and any further major versions are not included.

2.3 Pro Lifetime+

A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PPP for a single natural person, on any number of devices owned or controlled by that person, for personal or professional use. A license key is required and is tied to the email address used at purchase.

Version entitlement: all major, minor, and patch versions of PPP released in the future, for as long as the Software is actively developed and distributed by the Licensor.

3. License Key

Your license key is generated individually and contains your purchase email address as an embedded marker. The key is verified locally; no network call is made during verification.

You may not share, sell, sublicense, or transfer your license key to any third party. If a key is found in unauthorised use, the Licensor reserves the right to revoke it without refund in the event of a culpable disclosure or breach of Section 3 by the Licensee.

Your license key is shown on the confirmation page after purchase and can be retrieved at any time through a self-service function on aim-to-pace.ai by entering your order reference and the email address used at checkout. Additionally, recovery is available by contacting info@aim-to-pace.ai with proof of purchase.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of PPP, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law, in particular Articles 5 and 6 of Directive 2009/24/EC;
• remove or alter any copyright or licence notices within the Software;
• redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make the Software available to third parties except as expressly permitted under Section 2;
• use a Pro Lifetime or Pro Lifetime+ license for multi-user or organisational deployment.

5. Local Data and No Server Communication

PPP stores all user data — prompts, collections, settings — exclusively in the local browser storage of your device. The Software does not transmit any user-generated content to the Licensor's servers or any third-party servers.

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. Prompts and settings may be permanently lost upon uninstalling the extension, clearing browser storage, resetting your browser profile, or changing devices. The Licensor provides no backup service and accepts no liability for such loss.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PPP is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor expressly disclaims:

• any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;
• any warranty that PPP will meet your requirements or operate error-free;
• any warranty regarding the results, accuracy, or usefulness of prompts created or organised with PPP — the Licensor has no control over how AI systems interpret or execute prompts, and accepts no responsibility for outputs generated by third-party AI services.

For consumers, the foregoing disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by law. The mandatory statutory rights of consumers in respect of defects in digital products — including the supply and update obligations under §§ 327 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB) — remain unaffected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for:

• loss of data, including but not limited to the loss of prompts or settings stored in PPP, regardless of cause;
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of goodwill;
• any damage arising from the use or inability to use PPP, or from outputs produced by AI systems to which PPP-organised prompts are submitted.

These limitations do not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct by the Licensor, or to damages involving injury to life, body, or health.

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfillment is a prerequisite for the proper performance of this Agreement and on whose observance the user may regularly rely), liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

8. Updates and End of Life

The Licensor may release updates, bug fixes, or new features at its discretion. Paid license holders receive updates within the scope of their tier (see Section 2) at no additional charge. Beyond mandatory statutory update obligations, the Licensor is not obligated to release updates or to maintain any particular feature set.

End of Life (EOL). The Licensor may discontinue development and distribution of PPP by publishing an EOL notice at aim-to-pace.ai. EOL is announced at least three months in advance at aim-to-pace.ai. Upon EOL:

• all version entitlements under Pro Lifetime and Pro Lifetime+ expire;
• beyond mandatory statutory update obligations, no further updates, fixes, or adaptations will be provided;
• existing installations remain functional as-is, but no support or compatibility updates will be issued.

EOL does not entitle any license holder to a refund. The last released version may continue to be used under the terms of this Agreement.

9. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective upon installation of PPP and remains in force until terminated.

The Licensor may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if you breach any term of this Agreement and fail to cure such breach within 14 days of receiving notice. In cases of wilful infringement or unauthorised redistribution, termination may be immediate and without notice. Upon termination you must uninstall PPP and cease all use. Termination does not entitle you to a refund. Refunds are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record under Creem's terms; see our Refund Policy page.

Right of withdrawal: For consumers in the EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. It expires before the end of that period only if you expressly consented, prior to the start of performance, that performance begin immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB). Where applicable, this consent is collected at the Merchant of Record's checkout; if it is not collected, your right of withdrawal remains in place.

10. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Final Provisions

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Stuttgart, Germany, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Language: This Agreement is available in German and English. The German version is authoritative; this English translation is provided for convenience only.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is or becomes wholly or partly invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. Any invalid provision is replaced by the applicable statutory rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain unaffected in all cases.

11. Changes to This Agreement

The Licensor may update this Agreement. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to your license. Updates to the Agreement will be published at aim-to-pace.ai and will not retroactively reduce rights already granted.

12. Bundled Third-Party Content

PPP may ship with the AIM-TO prompt framework created by Andreas Schnorr / aim-to-pace. That content is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) and may be used, shared, and adapted freely, provided that appropriate credit is given: "Andreas Schnorr — aim-to-pace.ai".
