1. Merchant of Record

The purchase of PPP Pro (Lifetime and Lifetime+) is handled by Armitage Labs OÜ, trading as Creem, Telliskivi 57b/1, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia (company number 16977866), as Merchant of Record. Creem is legally your contracting party for the purchase and fully handles payment processing, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks in its own name.

2. Refunds

Refunds are governed by Creem's buyer terms and are executed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Please contact us first at info@aim-to-pace.ai or use the receipt Creem sent you after purchase; have your order number ready (the number beginning with ORD- on your Creem receipt). If your request cannot be resolved this way, you may contact Creem directly at support@creem.io. Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method.

3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, you have, in principle, a 14-day right of withdrawal (§ 312g, § 355 German Civil Code (BGB); Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). For digital content, this right expires early only if you expressly consented that performance start before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB). Where applicable, this consent is collected at the Merchant of Record's checkout; if it is not collected, your right of withdrawal remains in place. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights (in particular the statutory rights for defects in digital products, §§ 327 et seq. BGB) remain unaffected.
